This page brings together, where applicable, the speeches and public statements of the Special services’ leadership: official remarks, public hearings, or declarations made in an institutional setting.
Publication of a statement remains occasional. It occurs only when remarks have been made in a public setting and their dissemination is compatible with the institution’s communication policy.
